Kindred at RCCC - August 19, 2026

 

At our August 19 breakfast meeting, we welcomed Melanie Grylls (left in photo), Chief Executive Officer of Kindred, for an inspiring look into their vital community work. For over 65 years, Kindred has walked alongside Calgary families, offering essential parenting support and rapid-access mental health counseling to help people navigate life's toughest transitions.

Melanie emphasized that without early, connected support, everyday challenges can quickly become crises for vulnerable families. Her message about the power of low-barrier care perfectly aligns with our club's ongoing dedication to local community service initiatives.
