Garth and Ann Toombs, from the Rotary Club of Calgary Downtown, will be providing an update on the Curly Galbraith Global Memorial. This Uganda based project supports AIDS orphans and other very poor high school grads to go on to University or Trade School. The project founded by Doris Galbraith to recognize her husband Curly who had served as a VP of Rotary International, is in its 8th year. We now have 41 graduates and 14 others who are going through the process. Doris passed away in 2018.
